Kenneth Cole Productions, Inc., today announced a partnership agreement and launch with Loop Commerce, a Synchrony solution, a leading technology service that makes it easier for consumers to shop online for others. Through the partnership, Kenneth Cole will integrate Loop Commerce’s Gift360, a new, end-to-end digital-gifting platform that includes the award-winning, patented GiftNow® service as well as an enhanced service for Digital Gift Cards and Corporate Gifting options.

Through the partnership, Kenneth Cole will provide gift shoppers the ability to easily select, purchase and send an item through Loop’s “GiftNow” call-to-action, available to shoppers on product pages and at checkout of the online store. When shoppers gift a product, the recipient is immediately notified via email, text or social media—whichever digital channel the gift-giver chooses. The recipient can then easily configure the gift to suit his or her preferences, whether it is size, style or color, or instantly exchange it prior to shipping. The physical gift is then shipped to the address the recipient chooses.

With Kenneth Cole digital gift cards, recipients instantly receive notification that their gift card has arrived, and they are free to start shopping immediately on the Kenneth Cole site. With Loop’s Corporate Gifting program, Kenneth Cole corporate customers can seamlessly send clients, partners, vendors and employees thoughtfully chosen gifts (any product can now be easily selected and given) or digital gift cards, in bulk from Kenneth Cole, while maintaining the individual personal touch through this unique and thoughtful experience.
